Alex Soltero

Alex is an Event Security Manager at SoFi Stadium and Hollywood Park, which is the home of the LA Rams and the LA Chargers. He relies on the skills he learned from early mentors to successfully develop and implement standard operating procedures for the stadium and execute safety and security protocols for events such as NFL Football games, concerts and tours.

Alex also served in the United States Marine Corps Reserve for 6 years as an Air Support Operations Operator. His time in the Marines developed a servant leader mentality within him, which has pushed him to act as a mentor to others.

"My first job was in retail at Anchor Blue in Riverside CA. Working at the mall was fun and I enjoyed the people I worked with. I didn't realize it at the time, but the mentorship I received at my first job instilled foundational traits that would stick with me throughout my career. I learned about dependability, working hard for advancement, and about the importance of providing meaningful service."
