In lieu of our annual gala, Evening of Excellence, this year YES is holding an online giving campaign.

Funds from this campaign will go directly towards bringing YES's Employment Readiness Program

to more youth all over Orange County.

For organizations, purpose brings meaning to our work.

Over 51 years ago, community members started Youth Employment Service because they saw a NEED in their community. Their SOLUTION was to build an organization that equips youth and young adults with the skills needed to secure and maintain meaningful work.

Today we continue to live out our PURPOSE by offering our employment readiness programs, at no cost, to

youth all over Orange County; with focused efforts to partner with schools and other nonprofits that

serve our most vulnerable populations.
