In this role I watched over patrons in the pool area, administered first aid, and eventually taught swim lessons to children, adults, and people with disabilities. While working there I was taught the value of teamwork, clear communication, and working within a diverse community."
The skills I acquired working at my first job continue to be relevant today in my career in commercial finance. As a business banking relationship manager, understanding how to work effectively within a team and with a diverse group of employees and business owners is essential to help my clients reach their goals.
